Illinois Elections are governed by the Election Code (10ILCS 5/) of Illinois as found in the Illinois Compiled Statutes and by the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Illinois. The Jasper County Clerk’s office conducts all elections in a fair, accurate, impartial and efficient manner.
