Notice of Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals

Public Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Council Room at Newton City Hall, 108 N. Van Buren St., Newton, Illinois, to consider a Special Use request from Frankie Arnone to establish and operate a private tattoo studio as a home occupation within a camper located on the said parcel.  Current zoning for said parcel is SR-2 Single Family Residence (Small). Said properties are described as:
