Parks & Cemetery

The City of Newton provides safe recreation facilities for residents and visitors of all ages. The City prides itself in keeping these facilities clean and accessible. The City of Newton owns and maintains Peterson Park, Aquatic Center, Jasper County Boys & Girls Park, and Earl Dufrain Park. The Parks Department also works in joint venture with the Perry Street Community Garden.
