Tonya U Shaffer, 49, Newton, was arrested for a Jasper County FTA Warrant-Possession of Cannabis by Driver, possession of methamphetamine, delivery/possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. Justin J Reynolds, 46, Newton, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, and delivery/possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.
