Utility Billing Notice – January Bills
The Postal Service misplaced the City’s original January utility bill cards and searched for them for eight (8) days. During that time, the Post Office advised the City to reprint and resend the bills to avoid further delay.
After the reprinted bills were mailed, the original bills were located, and both the original and reprinted bills were delivered on the same day.
Customers who received duplicate bills should pay only one bill.
Due to the delay in delivery, the payment due date has been extended from February 15, 2026 to February 20, 2026.
