Public Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the MAIN COURTROOM A – UPSTAIRS of the JASPER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, located at 100 W. JOURDAN ST., NEWTON, IL to consider a request for a Special-Use to permit a storage unit facility on said parcel. Current zoning for said parcels is I-1 Industrial. Said properties are described as:
