Notice of Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals/Planning Commission

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Public Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the MAIN COURTROOM A – UPSTAIRS of the JASPER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, located at 100 W. JOURDAN ST., NEWTON, IL to consider a request for an Area/Bulk Variance to permit the new construction of a tiny home. Said properties are described as:

Parcel Number:  90-12-01-135-004  LOT 4 BLOCK 21 CITY OF NEWTON B 171 P 316;

Said request has been made by Kaleb Wright.  Application is on file in the office of the Newton City Clerk, 108 N. Van Buren, Newton, Illinois.
