Public Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the council room at City Hall, 108 N Van Buren St., Newton, IL to consider a request for Ron and Kathleen Terry to install a new manufactured home on said parcel. Current zoning for said parcels is SR-1 Single Family Residence (Large). Said properties are described as:
