Job Description:

The Jasper County Sheriff’s Office is seeking applications for full-time Patrol Deputy position.

Qualifications

• U.S Citizen
• At least 21 years of age at the time of hire
• Ability to pass a background check
• High School Diploma
• Ability to pass the Illinois State Power Test
• Willingness to live in Jasper County or Surrounding Counties

Lateral Transfers

• Lateral transfers are encouraged to apply.  Lateral transfers are eligible for an increase in starting pay.

• Starting pay between $25.22 and $26.94 depending on experience

• 12-hour shifts with every other weekend off
