Notice of Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals/Planning Commission

Public Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the conference room at Newton City Hall, 108 N. Van Buren Street, Newton, Illinois to consider a request for an Area/Bulk Variance to permit placement of a billboard.  Said properties are described as:
