Notice of Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals/Planning Commission

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Public Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the council room at City Hall, 108 N Van Buren St., Newton, IL to consider a request for a Special-Use to permit a wholesale, non-retail, Auto Repair Center on said parcel. Current zoning for said parcels is I-1 Industrial. Said properties are described as:
